I mean I knew. He knew. Apparently the only people that didn't know were the people who believed him when he said "If you like your plan, you get to keep your plan. Nobody is trying to take your plan away from you"

I love how he has the insurance companies out there running cover for him saying "People aren't being cancelled. They are being "transitioned". That is like telling someone they haven't been laid off, they have just been "downsized"
