Gun grab? 30 days & forfeiture of firearm

The man who fired a gunshot that struck and killed a girl more than a mile away will serve a 30-day jail sentence.

Marion Yoder cooperated with authorities after it was determined the bullet he fired into the air struck Rachel Yoder, 15, on the top of the head.

Marion admitted he had fired a gun in the air while cleaning it.

He will serve 30 days in jail and three years probation.

A judge also mandated he attend a firearm safety course and Yoder forfeited the weapon....

It was an accident I guess, so how long can they give him really? What a fucking moron. I prefer it when these clowns shoot themselves while cleaning their guns, which they do often enough. If it were my 15 yo daughter they wouldn't find his body after he got out. But no one would see him again either. He may not get off so easily, all depends upon who he killed.
 
yet two new york cops killed and wounded 9 people as they fired randomly and were just doing their job. sure glad we all have the same standards.
