I made no claim, I stated FACT.
The Constitution says nothing about "not having" religion.
You stated what you claim is a fact, but you cannot back it up. It says nothing about the people having or not having religion. But it does speak to whether or not the gov't backs a single religion. It outlaws the gov't taking a religion. Therefore, we have a secular gov't. We may have more christians than any other faith, but the nation is open for all religions or no religion.
