Governor Christ Throws Out First Pitch (Very Very Poorly)

I would hope no one votes based on how a politician throws out a first pitch but this definitely doesn't help the public image. If you agree to throw out the first pitch wouldn't you practice just a little maybe so you don't completely embarrass yourself? This is just awful.

LOL I'm pretty sure he's done for anyway. You know, if Christ had cut a deal when the handwriting was first on the wall (everybody knew he couldn't win a crazytown primary, but would kill in the general), he could have kept Meeks out of the race by cutting a deal to caucus with the Dems but run as an independent, and he'd be the next Senator from Florida.

It's too bad what happened to him because I think he's a decent guy. that's what happens when you turn the car keys over to Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin though. Decency gets run over by the clown car.

I did not mention Trojan baseball players.... I said trojan QB's.... like Palmer, Leinart, Cassel and the countless other flops that played QB at USC.

In the sake of fairness I have to interject here....isn't that Sanchez kid for the Jets from USC? He's pretty good.

Clinton & Obama both had some pretty bad moments on the mound, so it's certainly not prohibitive for becoming Prez.

And Sanchez is really good now; never would have thunk it w/ his play last year....

I just rewatched Obama's throw. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad either. A little high and outside but the catcher caught it fine. Nothing you'd really talk about. Christ's throw was just God awful. And considering how the Ray's played afterwards...

What's really surprising to is Sanchez is playing this well after his opening Monday night stinker (granted the Ravens have a great defense but it was still a stinker).

sun shines on every dogs ass every now and again.... there are exceptions to every rule... even a blind squirrel can find a nut from time to time etc...
