I guess this can be chalked up to Biden has a weird sense of humor. Much like when he denied an election, turns out that was just him joking around.

Any doubt he has his hard hat backwards? Not sure what the joke is

What really sucks is that there were 4 people who stood smiling and joking with the demented one. How soon these middle-class workers forget the reaming Biden gave them with his out of control spending.
