Fox News poll: Trump approval rating drops 5 points -- excerpts

According to a*poll*released Wednesday,*43 percent of voters approve of the job the president is doing and 51 percent disapprove.

Forty-seven percent of voters approve of Trump's handling of the economy and 45 percent approve of his handling of terrorism.

On immigration, 41 percent approve of how the president is dealing with the issue. Only 35 percent approve of the president's handling of healthcare and just 33 percent approve of how he is dealing with U.S.-Russian affairs.

A majority of voters, 54 percent, disapprove of the president's revised travel ban, and just 34 percent think the order makes the country safer.

When asked about Trump's tweeting habits, just 16 percent of voters said they approved. Half of voters disapprove of the president's tweeting and 32 percent "wish he'd be more careful" with what he tweets.

This is a Fox poll .. meaning that his numbers are on the high end of what they may really be. 43% is the good news.

Don't think that republicans aren't secretly meeting to figure out how to get rid of this clown without agonizing his mindless cult supporters.

Gallup: Trump job approval 21 points below average at one-month mark

President Trump’s job approval rating is 21 percentage points below the historical average for his predecessors at the same point in their presidencies, according to Gallup.

The historical average for elected presidents in mid-February, the polling organization said, is 61 percent. Mr. Trump’s job approval, however, stands at 40 percent, just under a month into his presidency.

At the same point during President Obama’s first term, in February 2009, 64 percent of the public approved of the job he was doing. In February 2001, 62 percent approved of President George W. Bush’s job. President Clinton, meanwhile, was the last president to have a low rating at the beginning of his presidency, when 51 percent approved of the job he was doing.

Mr. Trump’s initial job approval rating, Gallup noted, was 45 percent, which makes him the first president to begin his first term with less than a majority approving of him.

not surprising the Russian numbers are what they are will all the Russiaphobes running around.

Trump should just bypass Obama care and do tax reform,he owes the Republican establishment nothing.
