In the weeks after the 2020 election, Fox News faced an existential crisis. The top-rated cable news network had alienated its Donald Trump-loving viewers with an accurate election night prediction for Joe Biden and was facing a terrifying ratings slide, not to mention the ire of a once-loyal president.

Concern came from the very top: “Everything at stake here,” Rupert Murdoch messaged Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott.

Lawsuit is latest evidence of bogus ‘stolen election’ claims

On Thursday, the voting machine company Dominion filed court papers documenting that numerous Fox News personalities knew there was no evidence to support the claims peddled by Trump’s allies, but aired them anyway on the nation’s most-watched cable network. The same day, a special grand jury in Atlanta concluded there was no evidence of the fraud that Trump alleged cost him Georgia during the 2020 election.

In December, the congressional Jan. 6 committee disclosed that Trump’s top advisers and even family members repeatedly warned him that the allegations he was making about fraud costing him reelection were false — only to have the president continue making those claims, anyway.

"Everything at stake here" must be defined. I dont pay The Bezos Times so I am not going to look but it is doubtful that they have any proof of their claims....they lie constantly.

Emails between all the opinion hosts like Bartolomeo, Hannity, Carlson, etc. revealed they all knew people like Rudy, Powell, and the pillow guy were cuckoo for cocoa puffs but still put then on the air, spewing their bullshit. Fox is in deep shit, to the tune of about 2 billion.

Truth makes their viewers mad!
 
You could have a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, Cable News program, that only served as a fact check of the shows and host comments made being aired on Fox News.

I mean, that is basically what you have now airing on MSNBC and CNN!
 
If we have a certain percent of the population that prefers lies to facts



Those people need to be publicly shamed until they accept facts or they shut the fuck up
