So its reported today that:

1) Gretchen Carlson's lawsuit is settled for $20,000,000.
2) Gretta VanSustren is OUT effective ASAP.

I wonder how Gretta fits in to this sexual harassment deal.... Was she barking like a dog while in a thong for Roger and thus being protected until now, or was she a whistle blower and thus FIRED! Did they confidentially settle with her?

Tom....that doesn't have Jack Shit to do with it. One of these days young men and their parents will figure out that their political leaders don't value their lives in the least and are more than happy to sacrifice their lives to advance their careers or line their pockets. Most wars would probably stop then.

What this has to do about isn't about sexual harassment per se, it's about buying silence. Gretchen Carlson probably knows enough skeletons in the closet with enough supporting evidence to cost Fox News far more than $20,000,000 in material damage. If not...they wouldn't be paying her anything. $20 mil can buy a whole lot of silence.

Naa I'm fairly certain that she had enough goods on them that the risk of losing far, far more revenue from lost sponsors outweighed the potential gains to be made by litigating.
