Biden wouldn’t have had a vaccine to distribute without Trumps Warp Speed.. the fastest vaccine was mumps and that took four years. COVID vaccine to 12 months.. Biden didn’t make effective use of therapeutics like DeSantis did and that cost thousands and thousands of lives but exactly what does this have to do with foreign policy ?
