Florida plans to become the first state to eliminate vaccine mandates, a longtime cornerstone of public health policy for keeping schoolchildren and adults safe from infectious diseases.

State Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo, who announced the decision Wednesday, cast current requirements in schools and elsewhere as “immoral” intrusions on people’s rights that hamper parents’ ability to make health decisions for their children.

“People have a right to make their own decisions, informed decisions,” Ladapo, who has frequently clashed with the medical establishment, said at a news conference in Valrico. “They don’t have the right to tell you what to put in your body. Take it away from them.”

Florida’s move, a significant departure from decades of public policy and research that has shown vaccines to be safe and the most effective way to stop the spread of communicable diseases, especially among schoolchildren, is a notable embrace of the Trump administration’s agenda led by Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a longtime anti-vaccine activist.

Natural selection.

That's what happens when one political faction or another starts using vaccines as a bio-weapon to kill off its opposition.

It is a sick sad situation, but not unexpected, given Bill Gates and others deliberate lethal actions.

The Trust in Government, particularly the CDC, is burned and gone.

It is unfortunate, but the CDC, Doctors, Pharmacies can no longer be trusted by Conservatives or Whites. The Lefties used Covid and its vaccine to do murder.

Now, without vaccines, many will die of diseases that could have been avoided.

That many thousands of the hyper elites were given a pass from the death jabs is certainly something to notice.

Do they still make iron lungs?
Maybe we should invest in those companies seeing Polio could be coming back.
I remember when I was a kid and knowing 2 kids that had polio one ended up in one for the rest of her life.
Well so much for us kids that were in the first group to get the shots back then, I still have the card they gave us.
YEP lets bring back POLIO , and all the other diseases we had under control for all these years.
SO a few hundred thousand / Million kids die no big thing.

Do you believe that last comment will happen?
Vaccines are still readily available, you know...And you certainly can't have a problem with wanting America to become more healthy...

It very well could happen. go look back at how many kids were getting these diseases and dying before they got a vaccine.
And taking vaccines away and letting kids get sick is NOT making America healthy.

There were two kids in h.s. who had had polio as young kids. Both had leg braces and used crutches to walk.

If parents choose not to protect their kids I suppose that is their right, but do they also have the right to endanger yours?
