It's so cute when dumb and dumber get together, isn't it? Especially when they pretend they've had a thought of their very own in the last decade. Also, it seems like you found yourself a female with equal brain power in the same delusions, if only you liked women and she liked men, you two would make a great couple.
 
Um... Duh. The question is whether it was justified, not how he died. We know how he died, we watched it on video. The question they will be asking is whether the agents believed that lives were in danger. Not what happened.

Homicide is not always a crime. Even you can shoot someone that you believe is endangering your life or the lives of others. While it would be homicide, it would be justified.
