Senator Obama campaigned in 2008 with the promise to close Gitmo his first year in office.

Many of his critics say he lied.
I disagree.
I believe he intended to. And Senator Obama campaigned as a post-partisan candidate. That may have been naïve on Obama's part, but not dishonest.

I agree with your implication that Obama would be willing to think outside the box to close Gitmo.

But to answer your question directly:

I sear, on risk of my own reputation, believe President Obama will not purge the entire prison population of the U.S. military prison camp at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba between now and inauguration day. I bet he will not.

Didn't the Bush administration release more former Gitmo prisoners than Obama has? If so your failed attempt to falsely tarnish Obama's image has instead called attention to the flagrant failings of Obama's immediate presidential predecessor, a Republican by the name of Bush.
