feds to seize WA, CO, and maybe NJ??

with asset forfeiture laws, such as they are, wouldn't it be feasible to allow the feds to seize those states due to their making money off of illegal drugs?
 
Well, the states do have certain protections, such as not being denied equal representation in the US Senate and being guaranteed a republican form of government. If the feds tried to seize a state, they would be infringing upon those Constitutional protections.

It IS the Garden State. I thought that was a joke to until i spent some time in Princeton. Every state looks bad from the interstate at least part of the time.
