A bullhorn-wielding Pennsylvania woman breached the U.S. Capitol with her husband on Jan. 6, took selfies in Democratic Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s office, then kicked a cop in the groin on her way out, according to a federal complaint unsealed Thursday.

Jeanette Mangia, 44, and Joseph Pastucci, 49, were arrested by FBI agents in New Cumberland on Wednesday, more than two years after the failed pro-Trump insurrection. They each face nine criminal counts, court records show.

Cumberland County woman kicked Capitol officer in groin during Jan. 6 riot

Two New Cumberland residents have been arrested in connection to the Jan. 6, 2021, riots in the U.S. Capitol Building.

Joseph Pastucci, 49, and Jeanette Mangia, 44, both entered the building and roamed around its halls for several minutes, according to a federal complaint unsealed Thursday.

The complaint stated they wandered into then-Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s office, and Mangia sat in Pelosi’s chair while Pastucci took a photo of her. Then, the two wandered into the Senate chamber, where they walked around before finding chairs assigned to former Sen. Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania and Sen. Kevin Cramer of North Dakota.

When they left the chamber, however, U.S. Capitol Police and Metropolitan Police asked them to leave.

But the married couple did not go willingly or quietly.
