Another liberal judge writes a law even though the constitution says only congress can do that.

Activist Dem judge rules LGBT mandate trumps 1st Amendment

sep 23 2017 A federal judge in Minnesota with a long history of Democratic Party activism has issued a ruling that effectively concludes the LGBT agenda trumps the First Amendment’s religious-rights protections.

John Tunheim, appointed by then-President Bill Clinton in 1995, ordered Wednesday that Christian videographers Carl and Angel Larsen, through their company, Telescope Media Group, must use their filmmaking talents to promote same-sex marriages if they produce films that celebrate marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

Their lawyers announced immediately they will appeal the decision by Tunheim, who charged in his opinion that the Larsens’ faith-based objection to creating videos promoting same-sex relationships is “akin to a ‘White Applicants Only’ sign.”

the problem with republicans is they are too lazy to use rulings like this to their benefit. Did a judge rule you had to make videos promoting same sex marraige if you promote traditional marraige? Then file your own lawsuits. Is there a movie or series that promotes the benevolence of illegals? Then file your own saying that they had to make one with an opposite view point using this as your legal basis.

This is exactly like the travel ban. The moment the judge ruled against it due to the things Trump said on the campaign there should immediatly have been a case on the constitutionality of obamacare as it was stated in public multiple times it was not meant to be a tax but was ruled that way.

Nope, if sure is not like that, Dumbfuck. This guy is not a church. He's a wedding photographer.

He's a wedding photographer who has the right to not do business with perverts. Unfortunately, I'm too young to remember the good old days when pervert stayed in the closet.

Unless he's in some backwater shithole like some parts of the South or Utah, sexual orientation is a protected group. Just like race. The courts don't give a flying fuck about your opinion. Public accommodation laws say he can't refuse service.

Tough shit, bigot.

There is no such law, if there were Stephen Spielberg would be forced to make ISIS training films.

You are a clueless fool

It's called public accommodation, idiot. In most jurisdictions, it's identical to refusing service based on race, religion, etc. This bigot is no film-maker. He videos weddings.

Educate yourself, moron.
