Federal courts and congress have no say on abortion. Only the states do

Joe Biden - "Time to put Trump in the bullseye."
The 10th amendment is one short sentence and says

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

The power to regulate abortion is not mentioned in the constitution so the states alone have it. And they did have it up to 1973 when the SC decided to declare abortion a constitutional right!!! They just made it up.

So all this talk about congress codifying abortion is more BS and if congress does it, the SC should declare the law unconstitutional.

Thank you!

The question adjudicated in this had nothing at all to do with any rights except States' Rights.

The raving and deceptive propagandists trying to distort this decision are trying to do what they ALWAYS try to do:

Deceive the weak minded.
