The standard has been accomplished (simply bringing the charges into public view) regardless of the outcome dictated by her fellow criminals within the current Justice Department. The final judgment will come at the polling place this November.....its all any one on the right could ask for, as WE ALL KNOW these charges will never stick under the current Administration (as demonstrated with the Fast and the Furious, The IRS scandal, and the video taped polling place intimidation by the Black Muslim Panthers....which was dismissed and determined to be beyond prosecution...again by the Barry Obamy Justice Department.....CLEARLY THE FIX IS IN....
But its OUT THERE and the longer it takes to resolve the Better for WE THE PEOPLE...it could not have come at a more opportune time than in an election year...its not as if she does not have enough baggage to contend with, being the Wife of an impeached ex president whore monger (who keeps sticking his foot in HER MOUTH, bringing into question the need for an ALZHEIMERS EXAMINATION).....her record with WALMART...NAFTA, AND WALL ST. I haven't seen anybody give a credible reason as to why she needed a private server, it all seems very fishy.
The hacker now in custody, sold them to the highest bidder, presumably Putin. In fact Guccifer offered to sell the e-mails to Obama as well, but he refused, because he believed that the State Dept already had them........He was wrong, then he told Clinton to resign

Ah the FBI has the proof at the moment, but all you need to do is overlay the timeframes that Guccifer is laying out, with the times the intercepted e-mails were sent, and the time that Clinton resigned in 2013 and the time that Guccifer was finally arrested in January 2014. It's all there and the FBI will be laying it out shortly as Guccifer is currently in U.S. protective custody and is said to be cooperating.
