FBI informant lied about Biden and his son

Washington — The special counsel who is investigating the president's son, Hunter Biden, charged a one-time FBI informant with lying to investigators about the business dealings of the first son and President Joe Biden.

Special counsel David Weiss charged Alexander Smirnov, 43, with making a false statement and creating a fictitious record in what's known as an FBI 1023 report based on the false information he provided to investigators.

Smirnov was arrested at a Nevada airport on Wednesday, the Justice Department said.
 
Can't wait to see the creative bullshit ways the right comes up with to spin this.
 
So trump is likely to be convicted before the election on a couple of his cases


And the Hunter Biden thing just fell ass apart


Even if he’s found guilty of the gun charge

he was the MAIN guy Comer and Grasley and Fox news were relying on and giving hours of time to. Talking about the allegations on FBi 1023 forms, while ignoring the one accusing is fraud and liar.

His allegations are all false but James Comer and Grasley would keep saying 'but it was on a 1023 form taken by a credible FBI agent' as if the FBI agent taking statements from a fraudster, makes the fraudster more credible.

Yeah, I had forgotten about that Form 1023 that all these MAGAtards, including Comer and Grasley, were shitting themselves over with glee.

Wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. The MAGAtards on this forum are pretty silent on this one.

Yet, unlike the allegations against Biden unraveling, those against Trump keep being validated and the cases keep move forward.
 
Fox and other right-wing gnus will still use him. They are not seeking the truth, but stories that help Trump and hurt Biden. The truth has never been a requirement.

It is the singular 'false' piece of evidence that Comer and Jim Jordan, and Grasley waved around saying was the key to connecting Joe to Hunter directly, via financial gains. There is nothing else.

Makes you wonder what team Trump has ready to come out just before the election. Every election they push forth fake stories and fake witnesses to lay huge accusations knowing there will not be time to debunk them before the election. You know they have some big 'scandal' and 'accusation' they are getting ready.

I like TA because he always seems to come up with a bunch of weasel word paragraphs invoking article x of the Constitution or some obscure act that has not a fucking thing to do with the issue. One of my all-time fav's was his claiming that the Freedom of Information Act justified trump not turning over his tax returns. The reason that cracked me up is that I've invoked/used the Freedom of Information Act or "FOIA" as it's commonly known in my job, and it means the exact opposite. FOIA is the act that gives citizens the right to see information, not for information to be withheld. It was then when I realized poor TA was full of shit and would do anything to defend trump or attack Biden, justly or not.

James Comer claimed that Weiss may have indicted Hunter to protect him, on the Jake Tapper show. Jake mocked Comer for the 'indicted and facing jail... to protect him' line.
 
The evidence against Biden can only be found on internet conspiracy websites. The evidence against trump is actually able to be presented in court.
