Not as probable as the left did it. George Soros's underling, for example. He got it first, suggesting that it was simply placed in the mailbox to save postage.

Then there's the fact that they were inoperable. Anyone truly wanting to terrorize folks would have made the damn things work.

Of course there is the most history of 'rat violence against evil right wingers. Shooting up a ball field, shouting down folks in restaurants...
