Ok Party Parrots. Who is at fault for all the fake disability in America?

With this Corporatocracy America is becoming I see the profits made by the Doctors and Lawyers who profit from fake disability. I even happen to know a doctor that gave my cousin and her husband disability even though they are just fine.

There will ALWAYS be people who want the free ride, everyone knows that. I tend to see the problem in the professionals who are rated top 4 in the top % paying jobs in America who are paid and educated to prevent fake disability. Though I know it will never be a perfect process, I do know that it could be WAY better than today.

That's why SSI should(if they don't already) utilize independent medical examiners. I know that worker's Comp companies do....if they feel you and your doctor are screwing the company, they send you to an IME, who has no skin in the game.

I know a girl that I worked with that has been denied SSI twice now...her back is so fucked up she can barely walk....can't hardly sit at all, and spends much of her time in a supine position.

I don't think it's quite as easy to get as the OP is letting on.

My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and they do run independent medical exams, over the phone.. It's all word of mouth over the phone paid for by tax money if you have the doctors/lawyers word. They push general questions that would be easy to lie about if I needed to. Using a Government program was my first answer long ago. But that costs tax payers and today I can vouch it's all on the phone. The buck stop sat the Doctor or Lawyer.

I agree. I've known people who have gone through it. There are physical and mental doctor exams; they generally always get denied the first couple times; often have to go to a judge or the specialist level before they get approved. And these are people who are DEFINITELY unable to work.

Certainly he should look at his cousin and her spouse. But at the same time....you also have to look at the facilitators of the fraud.

Actually they did. Unless you are saying the doctor called them and said "hey want disability"

BTW and I know this is hard for you gobblement lovers to understand, but not ALL disability is through SSI. I know that is the world you bathe yourself in. But it isn't reality.

I just can't figure out if the Right is using Government power as an "I told you so" after corruption or if "given the powers there will be corruption" And the large population of Libertarians don't even know what Liberty is or care to learn more about it.

I appreciate your concern.

I was told by Fox News that my daughter enslaves the people because she gets what she didn't earn.

They tell me that the "church" and other organizations should be the source to help her. My church hasn't showed any therapy concern with her, yet they did exploit her as a miracle. She absolutely is a miracle and is a walking talking CP child beyond the norm but it's because of my everyday work with her.

I was really liking my church until a few weeks ago. I'll elaborate with a different post, different topic.

That is a pretty rude way to educate the people, but you are correct. Let's go over the real questions;

Do you want to help the blind indirectly with taxation so they live a more normal life?
Do you want to help the retarded?
Do you want to help the deaf?
Do you want to help the disabled that have had an injury that forced them to quit working?

My answer is yes. "WE THE PEOPLE" have the power to help the needy and "WE THE PEOPLE" are taught in our Bible our Country is based on that we should help those less fortunate. Further, my Bible teaches me to give all of my money to the needy.

The split is today when people abuse the "system" whether it be political or "religion". Also, the split is "should we be forced to do this?" or "should we do this in freewill". The Bible teaches against sloth and it also teaches "freewill" which is one of the very few reasons I slant Right. Forcing people to be good always backfires.

So the options are "Ignore the needy and focus on yourself, because sometimes people take advantage of that" or "help the needy and fix the problems of the system"

There will be no argument to this because THERE ISN'T ONE.
