House Democrats held the majority in the U.S. House of Representatives from January 20, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. EST (when braindead Biden was inaugurated and the 117th Congress was already in session with a certified Democrat majority of 222–211) until January 3, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. EST (when the 118th Congress convened with a certified Republican majority of 222–213 following the 2022 midterm elections). Thus, their majority ran continuously from January 20, 2021, 12:00 p.m. EST to January 3, 2023, 12:00 p.m. EST—a span of 1 year, 11 months, 14 days, and 0 hours.

These are facts.

Can anyone explain, then, without speculating, why, during all that time, did the Democrats fail to take the steps required to obtain and release the emails that now have them convinced that President Trump was aware of Jeffrey Epstein's crimes?

I'll understand if nobody can, of course.

They fear to put a Democrat spin on the issue while I'm on the case, IMO.

During braindead Biden's time infesting the enaches of Rehoboth, a subpoena could've been issued sans judicial veto, as James Comer did in Aug. 2025 (yielding 33K pages by Sept., no resistance reported).

Merrick Garland could have compelled it in 2021–2024 without "overcoming resistance"—DOJ has subpoena power for probes.

So, why didn't the Biden DOJ - with a House majority behind them - compel the Epstein estate to give them this supposedly "explosive evidence" before the 2024 election cycle?

The victim’s name was redacted by the Democrat-led committee, and it is indeed the late Virginia Giuffre, whose identity was already publicly unmasked.

On July 2, 2019, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ordered the gradual unsealing of documents, including those identifying Giuffre as a victim and her allegations against Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. The first batch of these documents was released on August 9, 2019, fully disclosing her identity.

Given that Giuffre’s identity is already public, the decision to redact her name in this specific email raises questions about intent.

Since Giuffre is no longer alive, the usual concerns about protecting a living victim’s privacy or safety are diminished.
 
The obvious inability of the Trump haters to explain these questions away continues.

Already did once, but again, Epstein was convicted in 2008, died in 2019, both before Biden was elected, and now you are asking why didn’t Biden release the Epstein files in 2021? Why would he, it was history, and Epstein was dead

Epstein "died" (air quotes mandatory) in 2019, sure, but the files? Those would be a treasure trove for Democrats if they implicated Trump.

Asking why braindead Biden's boys wouldn't drop the files on the front page of the failing New York Times in 2021 if Trump was on it is a question you don't want to answer, understandably.

In 1919 Barr was AG, did you think he was going to open up anything that could reflect bad on the Messiah

By 2021 Epstein was dead, the case was closed, Trump had lost the election, so why in hell would Garland want to open up records to implicate Trump

And if there is nothing there, why doesn’t Trump just make his social media conspiracy nuts happy and open up the records? The whole Epstein innuendos started on the right, were echoed on the right, even at one point pushed by Trump himself, so why is Donnie now fighting to keep the records hidden
