and emails show it happened in April, 2014.......that is when Snyder emailed the Republican leader of the Senate and asked....."Say, do you know the easiest way to poison all the children under six in Detroit?".........and the guy wrote back, "Do we need to save money when we do it?".........

the motivation, of course, to make them less intelligent so they would continue to vote Democrat for another generation.......
