Mail-in was generally counted late, and cities are generally reported late. It's actually been pretty consistent in every election.

But idiot fucking conservatives STILL say he "won the states - then they trucked in the fake ballots!"

It varies by states but some like Alaska start counting them up to 29 days before election day.

Most states start counting them upon receipt.

There is no reason to truck them in at 3 in the morning on election day.
