EU leaders to meet with Zelensky in Kyiv amid Russian bombardment

After 3 weeks, ... there's still regular Train service to Kyiv from the West?
I'm becoming more convinced that Kyiv isn't the Main Target and that the area of Crimea and the Donbas is the Main Target. Specifically the area around the Sea of Azov.
