DNI Tulsi Gabbard has released a second set of documents proving Obama had a false intelligence report prepared to try to delegitimize Trump and the 2016 election. Most of the left that still remain here bought into Obama's treasonous plan hook line and sinker. Now the other shoe is dropping. I thought Obama would avoid any criminal culpability but now I'm not so sure Obama will avoid accountability. Trump seems pretty pissed. Biden took the gloves off when he went after Trump with the FBI. Now ex-Presidents are at risk of federal prosecution. At the very least Comey Clapper and Bennan seem at very real risk.

The USSC said that Presidents can't be prosecuted for any action they take while President.
The statute of limitations for federal crimes is 5 years unless the crime has the death penalty. 2016 is more than 5 years ago.
The crap from Gabbard is crap that wouldn't survive questioning in court. It didn't even survive questioning by reporters at the WH.
The Supreme Court has ruled that presidents have absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for acts within their "core" constitutional authority, but not for unofficial acts.
Correct me if I'm wrong but trying to sabotage an incoming President isn't a core constitutional act is it?
Also there is no statute of limitations on treason.
