Two thoughts, consumer protectionism doesn't "bottle up the economy," it serves a purpose, it was this very agency the Administration wants to get rid of that caught and pursued Wells Fargo for secretly opening unauthorized accounts

And secondly, how can the economy be "bottled up" when the President personally told America it was running beautifully since he took over?
