At least thats what he said in the speech he gave in China. China seems to be opening the floodgates of cash too. 9 billion immedieatly then removing Philippine companies from the blacklist (because of the spratley islands)
Looks like we might lose one of our 3 major allies in the area (sk, japan, phils) to China.
I still dont see how the chinese generate employment for the Phils though.
