The USS Virginia incident off Norway was a straightforward case of a nuclear-powered submarine accidentally snagging a fishing vessel's nets. Nuclear subs refuel every few decades. Chances that they would refuel in Norway are zero.

I don’t fall for promises that are clearly unfulfillable. I don’t idolize and president or candidate. I do not support everything that drips out of their mouthes.
