Bracing for the January 6 House committee's public hearing on Thursday, former President Donald Trump attacked the panel's probe in a series of statements on his Truth Social account, arguing the real investigation should have been on the "rigged and stolen" election and not on the riot at the Capitol.

"The Unselect Committee didn't spend one minute studying the reason that people went to Washington, D.C., in massive numbers, far greater than the Fake News Media is willing to report, or that the Unselects are willing to even mention, because January 6th was simply not a protest," Trump wrote on Thursday morning. "It represented the greatest movement in the history of our Country to Make America Great Again."

Of course he has to attempt to get out in front of it, wait to tomorrow, the entire right wing media and politicians will be doing the same, but in the meantime it has to have Trump mad as hell, he could snap an artery over the next couple of weeks

Fat donny is always, "offensive" but in this case you knew is was going to happen. Never in history has a US president inserted himself so inappropriately into ongoing investigations. Remember he fired Comey because Comey wouldn't back off Flynn which triggered the Mueller probe and then.. you remember what happened.. Jeez man... fat donny would whine and tweet everyday about the "witch hunt" and omigod so did Fox and all it's clones. It was a nightmare. At least with his broken platform, he's not reaching and irritating as many people.
