Hur declined to prosecute Biden because he has no evidence to convince a jury. Hur says that in his report.
The DoJ policy is you don't prosecute if you don't have evidence. The refusal to prosecute has nothing to do with Biden's mental acuity.

No he didn't prosecute Biden because "he would present as an old man with a failing memory." Hur has documents that Biden smuggled out of a SCIF from when he was a Senator and he kept for decades. Biden's Ghost Writer testified that Biden read him classified information and bragged about having classified documents in boxes in his basement. Do you know how to say WILLFUL INTENT? :laugh:

Biden could be legally impeached right now, easily. I say it needs to be done after he leaves office in 2024, and Obama too.
