This includes a enemy combative organization that has recruited elements that are no good, uncivilized and willing to engage in warlike schemes against society. This current DOJ enemy combatant and domestic terrorist mob has corrupted what the founders intended for the DOJ to be at serving the best interests of America and not its treasonous, lawless and anti American elements' interests. The joint should be declared a enemy of the State combative and criminal regime and for all co conspires held up there to experience a RAID and remanded to real Justice that they violated. If lawless and brazen criminals at the current so-called DOJ chooses to remain in violation of established principles to uphold Justice, then the current so-called DOJ has deviated from those principles to become a lawless and treasonous criminal racket.

Ways and Means has the power to get anyone's tax returns. Munchkin and Head of IRS should be jailed. The rules say you shall provide requested taxes to Ways and Means. No equivocation.

(f) Disclosure to Committees of Congress
(1) Committee on Ways and Means, Committee on Finance, and Joint Committee on Taxation

Upon written request from the chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means ... the Secretary [of the Treasury] shall furnish such committee with any return or return information specified in such request, except that any return or return information which can be associated with, or otherwise identify, directly or indirectly, a particular taxpayer shall be furnished to such committee only when sitting in closed executive session unless such taxpayer otherwise consents in writing to such disclosure.

Seems clear enough. It doesn't say: "Unless the taxpayer in question really, really doesn't want his tax returns furnished to the committee even in closed session; then the Sectetary of the Treasury can refuse." Nope, no rich crooks option.

No, actually they don't. Did you read the opinion by the DOJ? It's as solid as a rock. If you disagree with it, perhaps you could refute some of the key points?

The Dems have already expressed their intention to release Trump's tax returns to the public, they cannot take that back. There are no Mulligan's in the Constitution. Have you read the opinion by the DOJ?

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” (Amendment 4 United States Constitution)

Where’s your “probable cause?” Where’s your “oath or affirmation?” Where’s your “Warrant?”

So, would you say that Trump is standing up as a matter of principle for other presidents who might have their tax returns unfairly sought under Section 6103, despite all the others for 50 years having published theirs when they were campaigning? :laugh:

No, there is something that Trump really doesn't want his stooges to find out. Some of them might be p'd off if they realize they've been taken for fools.
