Does this not concern freedom loving Conservatives?

Thrown out for appearing to be Muslim?

it concerns me there are folks out there stupid enough to believe they were "thrown out for appearing to be Muslim"..........Jarod, raise your hand if you want to be included in the group stupid enough to believe that........

The report I read was that the second lady was simply sitting peacefully...

So let me put it this way, would you be concerned IF they were thrown out simply for appearing to be Muslim?

Weren't. Seriously. I would get thrown out if I wore a t-shirt to a HillBillary "rally" that said she was a rape apologist. Would that mean I just "appeared" to be an actual feminist?

Are you equating that to wearing a hajib?

I get that he throws out all protesters. But Trump and his popularity have really opened up a whole side of America that I thought was much smaller, and that I didn't really want to see.

At the risk of sounding melodramatic, we're really not the country I thought we were. Trump's whole campaign has been sad & depressing. If all I heard was Trump speaking this whole time, and I had no idea what the poll #'s or crowd sizes were, I'd laugh and think that he was easily a marginal, fringe candidate, getting no more than 2-3% in the polls.

Like many, I'm just shocked & dismayed at his current standing. It speaks very poorly of America. We should strive to be much better than this.

Nope. I believe in the 1st Amendment and freedom of association, which by definition means freedom to not associate with someone for any reason you choose.

I thought you weren't supposed to care what others do?

She isn't materially harmed by this. But I am sure you will wring your hands over it.

Hey in case you didn't know, there is a democrat party nomination going on. Just sayin.

So you thought there were more politically correct leftists? How disappointing for you. It is your fault you have allowed yourself to live in a sheltered bubble lying to yourself. I bathe in your tears.

I love everything about what Trump is doing. Win or lose he has upended the system for the establishment. That is a great thing

Trump's definition of PC is completely wrong, but his worshippers really lap it up.

Having a standard of not mocking disabilities, or not calling women fat & ugly, or not discriminating blindly against entire groups of people, has nothing at all to do with PC.

Liberals, who've embraced the presidents policies that intrude on Liberty" in opposition to our constitutional principles, have themselves to blame for the rising of a populist candidate.

The solution, or the lesson, is for liberal democrats to stop "lapping up" and making excuses for, the over step of political power when it's their guy in power. They need to question a corrupted media that blatantly carries waster for their guy in power, and instead, hold their guy accountable- everyone with a drop of honesty knows Hillary is a liar. Everyone knows Obama has abused his position of power.

Trump supporters like his message, because he has his own money, and has tapped into the back lash of anger. He owns his message. He's obnoxious, but he's genuine.

The rise of popularity of populist William Jennings Bryan in the 1890s didn't come from a government that was intrusive. It popped-up, because, then, as now, there are a lot of proles running about.

I've heard talk show hosts talking about Trump as the "ultimate insider"... apparently trying to kill his message. I'm utterly fascinated by this run. I don't like populist progressives. I don't like his tender skin and the way he'll go nuclear on anybody for saying even the least thing against him.

I'm not fascinated by his run in the slightest, as Trump has revealed nothing new to me about the American public. I think the Perot and Nader candidacies were immensely fascinating, but Trump just doesn't command my respect or capture my imagination. And then there's the idiotic feuding with Megyn Kelly, the Iowa press, other candidates, and so forth. That all has been the highlight of the Donald, so far.
