After Bush and the GOP cut taxes for the rich, spent the surplus and borrowed their way to a record deficit, Obama had to repair the damage while the GOP opposed him at each and every step.





A new Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report estimates that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) increased the number of people employed by between 0.4 million and 2.4 million jobs as of September.[1]


In other words, between 0.4 million and 2.4 million people employed in September owed their jobs to the Recovery Act.

Really legion troll. Because I can come up with more industries Obuma has attacked than not. And solar is struggling like its diseased and that's obuma's big stimulus area. What say u cut n paste from liberal site legion troll.

Hey dumbass, I made a comment about the statistical precision of an estimate that has an error range that is 83% of the largest figure and almost 600% of the smallest figure. If you don't understand, it's okay.
 
and yet another bogus thread about how bush ruined the economy....obama is responsible for some saved 'or' created jobs, i mean with nearly a trillion dollars i would certainly hope SOME jobs would be created. you guys are really ignorant.

legion can thank obama for his job though, because obama's admin pays him by the post....that is why legion makes thousands of posts and then deletes them, because he already got paid for them. :)

I had a job when Bush was president. nearly 3 years in to Obamas presidency and economic screwups, the end of the year may mean the end of my job. so no, I do not owe my job to Obama. I will probably end up owing him my unemployment though, if they succeed in raising taxes.
 
Sorry to hear that guy, obuma has attacked nearly every industry. Democrats for the most part except for Mott are to dumb to realize the effect on the economy.

Bush face the dot.com bubble bursting, 911 killing the market, and an oil price shock! I bet GDP did better under bush than obuma!

You didn't bother reading the source material before exposing your stupidity, did you?

Right at what price per job, obuma's own pledge was less than 8 percent unemployment if passed. I wanted to like Obama, but this jimmy carter economy of stagflation has got to go. He could have spent that money on bridges and construction instead of just paying local gov union workers like the DMV organizer he is.
