He isnt. If HE really thought there was a snowballs chance in hell of actually going to prison he would already be gone. Just like anyone else with his kind of money would be. He could simply move enuff dough thru shell companies and other means to a non extradition country where he would live out the remainder of his life in luxury. Not the luxury he is used to mind you but still a whole lot better than any of us will ever live, and a damn sight better than any prison. I think he is innocent in the first place, but thats not really the issue here. The issue is if you think he goes to jail or not. Quit deluding yourselves,.... its not healthy. Or,....continue to delude yourself,....it will only serve to make your pain worse in the end.

I believe that he's surrendered his passport, Stoner..

I personally don't care if he goes to prison, anyway.
His getting run over by a cement mixing truck would work just as well if not better.

I wish, in fact, that we had enough cement mixers for all 74,000,000 trumpanzees, truth be told.

Even where a prison sentence is warranted, my bet is on him never serving a day that is not a form of House arrest. His Secret Service compliment make Jail seriously problematic.

Secret Service do have power when dealing with other branches of law enforcement to ensure their charges safety. Secret Service have the ability to make very strong demands to change things to their level of comfort so they can ensure the safety of their charges. It is not up to other branches to tell the SS 'it is good enough'.

I see no situation where the SS would not fight like hell to keep Trump out of a jail claiming 'we cannot secure this location to our standards' and that is not just because they want to help Trump, and would be because they believe it.

I predict a Lindsey Lohan type home arrest.
 
I doubt he will, but he certainly could. He might spend a lot of time on house arrest.
 
A twice impeached ex-president still gets secret service protections. Jailing him would take some figuring out. He deserves jail bigly for trying to overthrow the country.
