Donna Brazile Debate Question Leak May Help DNC Class Action Lawsuit

More revelations have come to light about Donna Brazile passing on debate questions to Hillary Clinton’s campaign. CNN just announced today that they were uncomfortable with the news and had not provided Brazile with any of that information. Now, it looks like these revelations may help the DNC class action lawsuit, where supporters are seeking damages based on a primary that was not neutral.

Here’s what you need to know................

I suspect a few hundred million of my countrymen share my annoyance that the outcomes of these things, DNC Class Action lawsuit, e-mail gate, etc won't be known until after the election.

Excellent!!

If "It is completely proven" as you claim, then you should be able to actually post the proof.

Please do.

And when you don't, you will prove you lie.

Have a nice day.

the lawsuit is based on DNC internal emails which show the DNC was working behind the scenes to boost Clinton...

Beck is also basing the fraud lawsuit on the idea that DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz claimed neutrality, despite evidence that she may have been tipping the scales for Clinton.

DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz Calls Sanders Campaign Manager Jeff Weaver an "A--" and a "Liar"

In May the Nevada Democratic State Convention became rowdy and got out of hand in a fight over delegate allocation. When Weaver went on CNN and denied any claims violence had happened, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, once she was notified of the exchange, wrote "Damn liar. Particularly scummy that he never acknowledges the violent and threatening behavior that occurred."

In another instance, right before the Nevada Convention, Weaver publicly commented, "I think we should go to the [national] convention." The chairwoman was flagged about this comment and responded in an e-mail, "He is an a--."

Highlighting Sanders' Faith

One email shows that a DNC official contemplated highlighting Sanders' alleged atheism — even though he has said he is not an atheist — during the primaries as a possibility to undermine support among voters.

"It may make no difference but for KY and WA can we get someone to ask his belief," Brad Marshall, CFO of the DNC, wrote in an email on May 5, 2016. "He had skated on having a Jewish heritage. I read he is an atheist. This could make several points difference with my peeps. My Southern Baptist peeps would draw a big difference between a Jew and an atheist."

Building a Narrative Against Sanders

"Wondering if there's a good Bernie narrative for a story which is that Bernie never ever had his act together, that his campaign was a mess," DNC National Secretary Mark Paustenbach wrote in an email to National Communications Director Luis Miranda on May 21. After detailing ways in which the Sanders camp was disorganized, Paustenbach concludes, "It's not a DNC conspiracy it's because they never had their act together."

The idea was nixed, though. "True," Miranda acknowledged in his response. "But the chair has been advised not to engage. So we'll have to leave it alone."

Lamentations That Sanders Is Not a Democrat

As the primary season wore on, Wasserman Schultz appeared to grow exasperated with Sanders' desire to stay in the race when the delegate math was against him — in one email lamenting the fact that he is an independent in the Senate but was running as a Democrat in the primaries. In an April 24 email she received with an article describing the ways Sanders felt the DNC was undermining his campaign, she wrote back, "Spoken like someone who has never been a member of the Democratic Party and has no understanding of what we do."

Oh and let's not forget the DNC vice chair giving Clinton the debate questions in advance:

WikiLeaks: Donna Brazile Rigged Debate, Gave Clinton More Questions

DNC leader broke neutrality by forwarding Clinton campaign debate questions in advance

Donna Brazile Out at CNN Amid Leaks to Clinton Campaign
WPIX - New York

The WikiLeaks emails provide further insight into how the DNC acted under the pretenses of neutrality, yet coordinated directly with the Clinton campaign to push forth Hillary Clinton’s candidacy. If she is elected, Clinton’s presidency will be a permanent stain on democracy due to the rules broken by her campaign and the DNC to help her win the primaries.

On October 31, DNC Interim Chair Donna Brazile was once again implicated in the WikiLeaks emails, shown to have broken the neutrality she was supposed to uphold as a DNC vice chair. In the most recent emails, Brazile forwards more debate questions to the Clinton campaign and confirms she received them from journalist and pundit Roland Martin. “I’ll send a few more. Though some questions Roland submitted,” she wrote in one email.

One of the questions directed to HRC tomorrow is from a woman with a rash.” Brazile wrote in a separate email also released on October 31. “Her family has lead poison and she will ask what, if anything, will Hillary do as president to help the ppl of Flint.”

On October 30, WikiLeaks released an email in which a candidate for the DNC communications director position wrote to Clinton campaign chair John Podesta to complain about Clinton staff undermining her candidacy for the position.

“I’m up for the DNC comms job. One week ago I was told I had the support of the campaign, but now I hear that I am being torpedoed by two people. I think it is unfair and I’d really like to talk to you if possible,” the job candidate wrote. “I’ve been advised to step up my efforts to get the support of high level people on the campaign. DWS and I really hit it off and I believe she wants to hire me. I certainly would love to do the job—and I know I would do a great job. Most importantly, I want to help Hillary.”

"Thanks for playing"

My pleasure, sincerely.

"better luck next time"

Thank you. With my skill level of education, training, and experience, luck may be extraneous. None the less, I confess I am also quite lucky; although it is said that luck is the residue of design.

So far so good.
It's before dawn at my beautiful hilltop home. And already things are going superbly!

But wait there's more:

On the campaign trail, candidates need to be ready for any sort of question — and perhaps Clinton had a bit of extra preparation for this one. In a leaked trove of emails concerning Clinton campaign Chairman John Podesta, there appears one with the heading, “From time to time I get the questions in advance.” The email was written by Donna Brazile, who was then a CNN contributor and a reputable Democratic strategist. Here’s the text of the email, which was sent a day before the town hall:

Here’s one that worries me about HRC.

DEATH PENALTY 19 states and the District of Columbia have banned the death penalty. 31 states, including Ohio, still have the death penalty. According to the National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty, since 1973, 156 people have been on death row and later set free. Since 1976, 1,414 people have been executed in the U.S. That’s 11% of Americans who were sentenced to die, but later exonerated and freed. Should Ohio and the 30 other states join the current list and abolish the death penalty?

Jennifer Palmieri, the communications director for the campaign, wrote back, “Hi. Yes, it is one she gets asked about. Not everyone likes her answer but can share it.” She instructed an aide to send Clinton’s position along. That sequence suggests that Brazile may have been forwarding the question for her own purposes — that is, to be prepared for some panel discussion about the death penalty. If so, it shows just how faithfully a CNN contributor seeks to toe the Clinton line.

The next evening, CNN’s Jake Tapper and Roland Martin of TVOne hosted a town hall at Ohio State University in Columbus. That’s where Jackson asked his question; he was introduced to the audience by Martin. Note that the question posed by Jackson wasn’t the same exact one that Brazile passed along to the Clinton campaign — but the gist was similar.

So not only was there a rigged DNC primary but active media collusion with the Clinton campaign.

I see no evidence here that the Democrat primary was any more rigged than the Republican.

Please note that my challenge to provide proof that:
"It is completely proven that the DNC primary was rigged" FY #4
remains unsatisfied.

I suspect a few hundred million of my countrymen share my annoyance that the outcomes of these things, DNC Class Action lawsuit, e-mail gate, etc won't be known until after the election.

there will be plenty of time after the election to prosecute Hilliary......

I see no evidence here that the Democrat primary was any more rigged than the Republican.

Really? Care to show me evidence of RNC official colluding with one of the candidates against their opponents?

Please note that my challenge to provide proof that:

remains unsatisfied.

What do you call the vice chair giving Clinton the questions to the debate with Sanders? If that doesn't satisfy you nothing will because you're a laughable shill.

The entirely unsubstantiated claim:

Please note that the word "rigged", the key word in the allegation does not appear in the ostensible reply.

Rigged - To manipulate dishonestly for personal gain: rig a prizefight; rig stock prices.

Yes collusion with Hillary against Bernie including giving her the questions to the debates ahead of time is the text book definition of rigged. Your denial of this proven fact just proves that you are a laughable shill.

Anatta and Face,Your..........isn't it said when you have to spell out an entire simple news article because of the reader's lack of comprehension?:palm:
