Why not? It's publicly available information. The same person who created the bot to track his jet is the same person who created the bots to track Russian oligarchs' jets.

That is Musks problem. In the beginning he had over 80%b of the EV bis and today less than 20, and declining.
Better vehicles are being made at lower prices. Thats why Tesla shares hit a 52 week low yesterday.
