Or is he just talking bullshit to try to placate critics of what he did on the Paris Agreement, like he always does?

They just announced on ABC News that he has reversed his position on the subject, saying now that climate change is real.

This of course could mean nothing as usual.

The guy doesn't know if he's coming or going.

It's a mistake to try to associate Trump w/ "core principles" or any sense of consistency.

Trump is a creature of the moment. He's almost a perfect personification of the Id. Such a fascinating study, if he wasn't POTUS.
