Dhimmitude -- What does it mean?

Obama used it in the health care bill.

Now isn't this interesting? It was used in the health care law.

Every day there's another revelation of what Obama and his fellow Democrats are doing to our country.

Dhimmitude -- I had never heard the word until now. Type it into Google and start reading. Pretty interesting. It's on page 107 of the
healthcare bill. I looked this up on Google and yep, it exists. It is a REAL word.


Amish , scientologists, Christian scientists and Muslims are exempt ...ARE EXEMPT ...from the requirements of the health care bill. I think I could become Amish a whole lot easier than Muslim.

Word of the Day: Dhimmitude

Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-Muslim populations conquered through jihad. Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to Islam.

Obama Care allows the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia Muslim diktat in the United States. Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam considers insurance to be "gambling", "risk-taking", and "usury" and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this.

How convenient. So I, as a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets, including real estate, cattle, and even accounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because I refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and will have 100% of his health needs paid for by the de facto government insurance. Non-muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. Period. This is Dhimmitude.

Dhimmitude serves two purposes: It enriches the Muslim masters AND serves to drive conversions to Islam. In this case, the incentive to convert to Islam will be taken up by those in the inner-cities as well as the godless Generation X, Y, and Z types who have no moral anchor. If you don't believe in Christ to begin with, it is no problem whatsoever to sell Him for 30 pieces of silver. "Sure, I'll be a Muslim if it means free health insurance and no taxes. Where do I sign, bro?"

Funny that you say that the bill exempts amish, scientologists, christian science followers, and muslims. The proceed to rant against the unfairness of muslims getting a free ride.

So its ok that scientologists, amish, and christian science followers get a free ride?

According to the Islam online web site, there are a variety of views toward religious restrictions toward life insurance and investing because it is looked upon as gambling but no evidence was found of any restrictions toward Muslims purchasing medical, home owners and automobile policies.

Dhimmitude is a term defined as "the Islamic system of governing populations conquered by jihad wars, encompassing all of the demographic, ethnic, and religious aspects of the political system," according to the Dhimmitude.org web site.

I admit the email was written with a provocative slant to grab your attention, in specifically mentioning Muslims, Amish, etc...which it did.
but
the law DOES a provision for excluding religious groups that have established conscientious objections to certain forms of insurance....
the issue is that what groups will enjoy that exemption haven't been made public yet....

As Snopes says...

"Members would have to be adherents of a religion of sect "described in section 1402(G)(1) of the Internal revenue Code, which governs exemptions from the payment of Soc. Sec. and Medicare taxes on self-employment income....

So lets not be so quick to drink the Obama Koolaid....

The email certainly makes many incorrect claims, no doubt about that,.....but its main point is valid....hardly a fear tactic.

Well Sweetie...in post 5 I told you it was an email circulating around and I DIDN'T author the it and recognized its provocative slant...thats number one.
I'm not interested in its grammer, just in the point trying to be made.

Secondly, in post 8, I included the link to snoops....that link tells you what you what is incorrect in the email, what you point out in your post as if you've made a new discovery was mentioned by snoops and not a new revelation....

Snoops points out that the bill does not use the word "dhimmitude" and goes on to explain that it does contain the "religious conscience" provision...WHICH IS THE POINT OF THE WHOLE THREAD....

So both you and snoops are right....the word dhimmitude is not in the bill.
