How do you plan to bring jobs back to the US when manufacturing and labor costs are a fraction of what it costs here. People talk about made in America, but it's all talk. The bottom line is what a product costs, not where it is made.

tariffs on imported goods to negate the perverse yet real financial upside of human slavery and totalitarianism.

or we go back to no trade at all with totalitarian nations. that's the best idea.

Companies couldn't care less about politics, all that matters are cost and profits. Thats about as basic as you can get, my dear. If Ford can produce a cheaper product in Mexico, they will build a plant and not think twice about the American workers who have lost their jobs.

Companies are not social labs, their responsibility is to maximize profits for their shareholders and to provide jobs for the workers who produce those profits.
