Jeanette Vizguerra, a prominent fixture in protests against the arrest and deportation of illegal aliens and for open borders was arrested by ICE yesterday and is to be deported.

Good. Deport his family along with him (who says we Republicans want to break up families?).

The outcry from leftists is the same old tired and fallacious refrain, that Vizguerra has spent sufficient time (30 years in this case) in the US and has "planted deep roots", i.e. ergo she now has a right to remain here.

If a bank robber gets away with a fortune, after how much time of lawful behavior gives him the right to the money he stole?

How much time of lawful living gives a premeditating murderer the right to have taken a life, or gives a rapist the right to have violated women?

Actually, she's been convicted of several felonies like illegal reentry, is currently holding an illegal job using false documents to obtain it, has evaded arrest, and has a standing order of deportation against her meaning no court hearing is necessary for her deportation as she's already had her day in court.

Yet, the Left, because she's a vocal protester and activist who hews the Leftist political line are lining up behind her to protest her legal removal from the US as an undesirable foreign national with a long history of arrests and convictions.
 
Here's some of the rundown on this Leftist activist's background:

Illegally entered the US in 1997 (misdemeanor)
In 2009 arrested for driving without a license. (serious misdemeanor)
From that found to have used a fake social security number and other ID documents to obtain a job. (felonies)
Was convicted of being in US illegally and had order of deportation against her. After six (6) appeals order was upheld in 2017
Hid in a Denver church from 2017 to 2021 to avoid being deported. (avoiding arrest and prosecution, felonies)
Has snuck out of US between 2017 and present at least twice and then illegally reentered--Thanks Biden! (each count is a felony)
