Democrats will HATE this one simple trick!

There is still a lot of election fraud in the United States by Democrats. That has to be cleaned up.
That there is! In three short weeks it will be experienced here in Wisconsin once again when Soros gets enough ballots counted to get yet another one of his angry woman activists onto our state supreme court.

As leftists would say (if it were the other way around), our state supreme court is really lacking diversity... There's only one dude on it, and he's a "John Roberts" type, so does he really even count as a dude? ;)

After what they saw happen to Al Green, they DID shut up, though! They instead held up their stupid signs.
There's a lot of good memes floating around regarding those stupid signs. Democrat politicians (and even Democrat supporters in general) are such toddlers, but that's even an insult to the generally well-behaved toddlers out there.

It's the law, Nerdsperg, What you "think" doesn't signify.
The law as the Supreme Court has said, is if Congress passes bills and allocates funds, the Pres carries out the actions required. He does not have the power to reject. That is what the Supremes said. Can you understand Trump would be using powers he does not have, or is it, you do not care?

  • The rescission process is governed by the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 (often just called the Impoundment Control Act). This law was enacted to limit the executive branch’s ability to unilaterally withhold funds Congress had appropriated, while also setting up a formal rescission process.
  • Presidential Proposal: The President sends a special message to Congress requesting the rescission of specific budget authority (i.e., the ability to spend certain funds). This message details the amount, the agency, the program, and the reason (e.g., cost savings, changed priorities).
    • Example: “I propose rescinding $500 billion that was previously allocated because it’s wasteful spending.”

The Supreme Court has no authority over the Presidents authority of the executive branch, Sybil.
