DEMOCRATS in the beholden State think making housing cost more is good

DEMOCRATS VANT TO SUCK YOUR BLOOD

Just like college students cramming for finals, DEMOCRATS were up late during the last night of California’s 2017 legislative session, deceptively packaging and selling measures "to bring affordability to California’s highest-in-the-nation rents and mortgages".

Before think about escaping your $3,000 per month, 600 square-foot studio apartment, consider what these measures do.

Unfortunately, for the 56 percent of Californians considering moving to escape the outrageous cost of housing, the DEMOCRAT fix is a cruel joke.

DEMOCRATS did what they usually do — after regulations and taxes drive up the cost of a necessary item (in this case, housing) they create subsidies for favored groups and then hand out benefits to campaign contributors that drive up costs even more.

True to form, SB2 by Sen. Toni Atkins, D-San Diego, creates a new $225 fee on real estate transactions.

As if that wasn’t enough, SB35 includes a new requirement that non-government employees on housing projects be paid a wage which adds dramatic increases to building costs.

To clarify, DEMOCRATS believe that increasing the cost to buy, sell and build on real estate will somehow drive down costs.

Winston Churchill once said, “I contend that for a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle.” DEMOCRATS don’t seem to see the problem.

There will never be a shortage of people wanting to live here. There is, however, a shortage of people who can afford to live here .

Well, if they deported all the illegal aliens they'd have an awesome real estate market that would drive prices down. But then they would lose an estimated 9 electoral votes, remember the total population, not just citizens, are counted when deciding how many electoral votes a state gets.

Why do you suppose this poster minaturizes his "sources" that require copying and pasting to access?

And half the time they don't turn out to be the document he supposed cites?

Must be part of his claim he "documents all his claims," so you think he knows here he is employing a straight opinion piece, could be a letter to the editor for all we know

Interesting claim, anchovies.

We both know you can't prove it, don't we? We also both know why. :rofl2:

Are you thinking that no illegal aliens vote illegally in California?

What?

The sources you cite aren't minatureized? They don't have to be copied and pasted to gain access? And the article you employed here isn't an opinion piece?

That's three strikes, your out

Are you thinking that no illegal aliens vote illegally in California?

I am absolutely sure that they do but after a majority vote for a party it's all about the number of electoral votes, I believe that is the main reason California is so damn adamant about open borders, they've been a blue state since 1992, the more illegal aliens the more electoral votes. But them voting makes things a lot worse when some jurisdictions ALLOW them to vote in local elections and ballet measures.

Since I never said my links don't have to be copied and pasted to gain access, how do you figure that, anchovies?

Since I also never said the the article I employed here wasn't an opinion piece, how is that proof of your claim, anchovies?

In case you are having a bout of libnesia, here's what you claimed, anchovies:

Why do you suppose this poster minaturizes his "sources" that require copying and pasting to access? And half the time they don't turn out to be the document he supposed cites?

BTW, I know how to spell "miniaturizes" and "miniaturized", and I know the correct use of "your" and "you're", anchovies. :rofl2:

Let me help you, anchovies:

You could be right, and I suspect that you are.

Now, do you suppose anchovies will demand proof and misspell some more words because he's triggered? :rofl2:

You can't click on your sources, fact, so if one wants to read the actual source how else are they suppose to access it, duh

And by now most know why that is a regular trait of the majority of your "documentation"

It's a bitch getting busted isn't it?

Poor baby. Are you unable to figure out how to copy and paste into a browser because you're stupid, or are you just lazy?

And by now most know why that is a regular trait of the majority of your "documentation"

It's a trait of all of my documentation for a while, anchovies. What was your first clue, Sherlock? Was it the fact that text looked smaller, the lack of color, or the fact that widdle snowfwakums might have to do a copy & paste? :rofl2:

It's a bitch getting busted isn't it?

If it ever happens I'll let you know. :rofl2:
