Hawaii is a sovereign state, it is not a colony of racism and fascsim. It is America. Americans are a stateless people, only fascists have a government right now. But Hawaii has the right and duty to admit anyone into it it wishes, and Trump has no right to restrict that. The governor should immediately send the Hawaii national guard to the airports, take them over, and eject the TSA and ICE.
