I thought this joke was cute.

President Obama is talking to his budget chief Bill Daley and says "I want 2/3 of the budget for defense, 1/3 for domestic spending and 1/3 for discretionary spending."

Bill Daley looks confused and says "But sir, that's four thirds all ready."

The President says "Well just use a larger budget!"

It's funny because it has a taste of reality mixed in there... But we'd need another third, so that 2/3 of the 5/3 was spent through debt...
