The boyfriend of a dead Manhattan dermatologist is battling a politically connected lawyer for control of a $3.2 million townhouse in tony Kips Bay.
David Reyes claims the late Gerald Arthur was tricked into signing the building over to lawyer Jo Ann Simon, who also happens to be a Democrat district leader.
Arthur, who died in 2011, was out of his mind on pain medication when he transferred the title to a trust controlled by Simon, Reyes said in court papers.
