Winneshiek County, IA: Nandoya Ramadhan Othman was convicted of Assault to Commit Sex Abuse.
He is currently in the custody of ICE in Greene County, MO.
Othman was accused of rape earlier. Authorities initially charged the 20-year-old with third-degree sexual abuse — a Class C felony — but Soros-backed prosecutors agreed to amend charges against Othman as part of a plea agreement.
Othman was arrested again after a 17-year-old female told officers she had been raped by Othman earlier that day.
