It's the SCOTUS, stupid.

Abortion is just the start. Civil rights, voting rights, gay marriage, et al. - this court is going to start restricting all kinds of liberties that we have enjoyed, based on their own view of "morality" and other partisan priorities.

While no one was paying much attention - and under rules that are flawed - the court became packed with hardcore right-wing conservatives. Not standard conservatives - radicals. This is now a radical court.

This is the culmination of quiet, steady work that fringe conservatives have done for decades. They won. And Dems need to counter by reminding voters every day that 1 of the 3 major branches of government no longer represents them.
 
There wont be any Dem campaign because there wont be any Dem party silly. :laugh:

Yep....SURE DID! :laugh: Do you know why? Its because you guys are STUPID. The minute you take power you instantly go OFF THE RAILS and concern yourself with silly things like trans bathrooms, quota's, pushing CRT, FREE SHIT,....ect ect. Meanwhile we slowly but surely move the ball. The steady march down the field until we run out the clock. Times up.....YOU LOSE. ;)
 
Impeach the ones who lied in confirmation oaths



They lied to the American people about their positions on settled law


Kick the liars off the court


Then increase the court so no one president can pack the court this way


Oh and prosecute Mitch the turtle head for mangling the constitution by not allowing President Obama a legal pick of a SCOTUS member

The economy, out of control inflation, out of control crime, out of control borders, Ukraine and on and on.



This is what keeps Americans awake at night, not abortion.



The abortion leak voids the bad Roe vs. Wade decision (not a law) and puts this decision back into the hands of the people and the state legislators who are elected by the people.



We are a Constitutional Republic and this shows how we operate in a democratic fashion concerning legislative matters and since the right to an abortion is no longer a Constitutional right (it never was but Roe said it was) we will allow the people of each state and the their legislators to decide.

the court is not "packed" nor is there any cases or reasons to go after gay marriage civil rights.

The ruling is restricted to Roe..go ahead and try to fearmonger it -i doubt it gets many votes
