Tiny 4-Month-Old Kitten Found 'Covered in Ash & Burns' After LA Fires

This poor kitten. She was looking worse for the wear when she was spotted under ash by the Pasadena Fire Department.
The kitten's fur was singed when she was found.
Her tiny body was covered in burns.
When she was found,
the burns on her face were so bad that she couldn’t open her eyes.
The 4-month-old kitten could barely walk because her paws were singed.
In total, Pasadena Humane has taken in over 600 cats since the fires started, KCAL reports. Many of these animals need medical treatment.
That tally doesn't include the over 123 strays that the rescue has taken in too.
The rescue has vowed to keep the animals for 21 days, which is longer than the typical 4, so that they have a better chance at being reunited with their families.
"Keep looking, keep checking, because you never know when your cat might come in, — especially if they've been running for a couple of days," spokesperson Kevin McManus advised cat owners.
She's fighting for her life.
