Defending another cowardly killer of the unarmed?

He was an OWS protestor and an Obama supporter and was having a gay love affair with Harry Reid, of course he is insane.

There forcing medications on him. He is mentally ill. But he still wont see freedom ever again. He will be locked up in a mental hospital for the rest of his life.

are you in favor of punishing the mentally ill?

do you not think that if a person does not know that they are doing something wrong because of mental illness that they should be incarcerated or imprisoned?

placed in a mental hospital, for sure, but prison?

now if he was sane at the time of the killings, then he should face the full force of the law and imprisoned for life without the possibility of parole...the death penalty would be to lenient

There are to many mentally ill people in prisons. They should not be put in prisons because of illnes. They should be in a hospital receving treatment for their illnes.

What about the mentally ill people who didn't kill others? We don't pay for their treatment.

So why is it that we have to pay for the guy who shot up a theater. When a dog goes mad you put it down, this guy needs putting down.

Because they have an illness and it is unethical to imprison a preson because of an illness. Duh.
