CODEPINK founding president Medea Benjamin interrupted President Barack Obama three times as he delivered a national security speech Thursday at National Defense University in Washington, D.C.

Medea is known for her antics in pursuit of an anti-war agenda for the United States and other Western nations. Her organisation held a protest outside the speech site, and she managed to be admitted personally to the event despite her notoriety and a strong U.S. Secret Service presence.
Obama sparred with her, insisting that she let him finish his comments, but she interrupted him a total of three times before security escorted her out.

They have.....thats only the 2nd or 3rd time they've made the news in 5 years.....and if you weren't watching Fox, you'd have missed this time.
 
I suspect they allowed her in on purpose.

They knew her complaints clearly.

they knew her tactitcs clearly.


I think they added to the whole speach.


maybe you guys on the right can pretend up a whole new conspiracy on that idea.

You know pretend its illegal and will end the country like you do everything else that comes along.

Dissent rarely occurs without breaking some traditional eggs.

I absolutely agree with you 1000%.

They know who she is and what she was going to do.

Anyone who has ever entered where the president is going to speak knows how tight the security is.

Kudos to her, but the vast majority of the 'outraged' left have indeed been silent. No one has said that ALL lefties have been. But to pretend her continuation somehow translates to what it used to be with Bush in office is nothing but nonsense. I know you will say that it is fatigue and to a degree I will agree with that. But somehow I have a feeling had Romney won and continued with Obama's campaign of droning and war mongering that the 'outraged' left would rise in force again.
